It's not too little. It's not too much. It's just right for easy living. These leathers are among the best in the world, but because of their surface coat, there's just a little more protection. These leathers are a great choice for kids and pets.
Leather for beauty, comfort and lasting quality
Leather is durable, cleanable, and its beauty increases with age. There’s no better investment for furniture since leather, on average, lasts four times longer than fabric. Leather’s natural breathable quality makes it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Leather is also organic material. Like all organic products, the more natural and untreated, the softer the hand and more imperfections you may see. Some distinctive character marks you may see include stretch marks, wrinkles, graining, and variations of color that occur because of variable hide thickness. These marks are not flaws, but rather part of the beauty of nature.
All our leathers are enhanced with a protective finish, some lightly others more heavily. The more heavily protected the leather, the easier to clean up after spills.
We also offer 35 environmentally friendly leathers, which are fully biodegradable and made without chrome or any chemicals which may be harmful to the environment.
Sierra (grade D)
Sierra is best known for blending excellent cleanability with the long-lasting durability of a top grain leather. It’s perfect for kids and pets. Produced in Brazil, these leathers are embossed to create a uniform pebble grain. This thick cut leather also offers consistent color from hide to hide.
Elmo Soft (grade G)
Produced from the top selection of the most desirable Scandinavian hides, this full top grain, aniline dyed, chrome-free leather is produced in Sweden, known for its remarkable attention to the care and processing of leather. Elmo Soft is supple with a light pebbled grain and almost no visible natural marks. Protected with an organic, contract-grade finish that withstands heat and fire testing, this leather is among the most natural and durable in the world.
Duval (grade D)
For those who want a medium protective finish and yet still retain the softness and natural look of leather’s rugged beauty, Duval is an excellent choice. These top grain, aniline dyed hides originate from New Zealand and Australia and are finished in Italy. A light buffing smoothes the surface of the hide before a protective coating is applied. The process ensures a natural looking, easy to clean leather that works well for kids and pets.
Flagstaff (grade F)
Produced from the top selection of the most desirable Northern European hides, Haven is a full top grain, aniline dyed leather artistically enhanced with wax and oils to bring out its suppleness and a subtle sheen. A light protective finish seals the wax for wearability. As with all fine leather, natural visible markings and slight color variations are part of its beauty.
Lightly Protected
The softest and most supple of our leathers, these uncorrected full aniline, natural European hides often have “character marks” on the surface including scars, stretch marks, wrinkles and subtle shading variations. Like many of the finer things in life, these unprotected leathers require moderate attention to maintain their beauty over time. This leather ages beautifully and develops a soft patina over time.
Bison (grade F)
This thick, buttery soft, full top grain, aniline dyed leather noted for its plump grain, is produced in Northern Europe from the most desirable hides in the world. Its supple hand and natural markings reveal the leather’s unprocessed purity. A light organic protective finish seals the leather, making it remarkably suitable for many lifestyles. Eco (grade F)

Fifth Avenue (grade F)
Originally developed by top European fashion designers, this leather is produced in Northern Europe and processed in Italy using only the most desirable hides.
